Contract Recruitment

Contract positions are referred to in different ways. We refer to Contract positions as those that offer their services through a limited company. Contractors are generally assigned for a fixed period of time or for a specific piece of work/project where the contract is terminated after completion.

Payments for these services are on a pro rata basis or for a specific project.  There will usually be a notice period for termination of the contract by both parties

Contractor consultants supply their services and will work under a limited company which they may be a director of, or they operate via an umbrella company.   An agreement is made between NonStop and our client and NonStop in turn will have reciprocal agreement with the limited company supplying their services.

NonStop administer the payroll for contractors and invoice the client on a weekly or monthly basis.
