Nonstop’s client has been established for over 50 years in the field of High Technology Medical Equipment and have a large and modern R&D and manufacturing facility of approximately 700 in Switzerland and another site in the US. An essential part of their business is commercialising this equipment and bringing the products to the healthcare professionals, and our client believes the best people to do this are those who use the equipment in emergency situations. This is a great opportunity to move into a more Commercial opportunity where you can really grow your career, you will be working directly with the Sales Director who will be able to offer support and development, alongside the companies’ internal processes, to swiftly move into this role. Our client is offering you the opportunity to be based in a fantastic location in Eastern Switzerland, in one of the most popular holiday region with good reason, and will be a perfect place for those that enjoy the mountains and outdoors. This position will involve giving advice and support to existing customers and new customer acquisition, briefing and training equipment products, establishing and maintaining contacts with opinion leaders, participation in trade fairs and developing a business plan for the sales area in consultation with the supervisor. Our client is ideally looking for candidates with training in critical care and or anaesthesia, ideally who have completed training in Nursing. They should have experience in working in a clinic hospital environment and are familiar with the decision-making within the hospital. The candidate should have strong communications skills and be effective at meeting and networking, persuasive and effective. The candidate must be fluent German speaking for this position and also have a network of Swiss Healthcare professionals.
